Polybond BGP 90 gsm is innovative cellulose to polymer substrate recommended for very large peel open angles (180°) and highly demanding flexible packaging designs. Its high level of synthetic binders content allows for an excellent fiber cohesion in large peel angles, and for superior performance in regard to prevention of the risk of break, puncture, and burst.

The choice of water-based coating technology in addition to a significant share of renewable resource-based raw material content also makes it an environmentally friendly solution to your high strength and resistance packaging needs.

Application:

Polybond BGP 90 gsm is recommended for all types of products that are packed with film structures including a PE-seal layer and that are sterilized by EO or Irradiation. Polybond BGP 90 gsm can be used for long and narrow packs as well as very bulky ones. The typical seal temperature window for Polybond BGP 90 gsm is 130°C to 150°C.
