YOUR MISSION:

As an RSE (CSR) apprentice, you will work closely with the CSR Manager to support the implementation of the Sterimed Group’s sustainability initiatives. Your role will involve contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of our CSR strategy. Acting as a true coordinator, you will collaborate—in both French and English—with all business functions across Sterimed’s global entities (23 sites worldwide, including 14 plants) in Europe, the Americas, and Asia.


YOUR OBJECTIVES:

• Contribute to the collection and analysis of data related to the Group’s environmental, social, health, and safety performance.
• Participate in drafting the annual CSR report.
• Support the preparation and updating of the Group’s carbon footprint assessment, as well as the creation of working groups on various CSR topics (water, waste management, circular economy, CO₂ emissions reduction, etc.).
• Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices in CSR (new legal obligations, sector benchmarks, targeted thematic reports, etc.) and propose recommendations to adapt our policies and procedures.
• Implement awareness and communication initiatives to promote understanding and engagement with CSR issues and projects internally, both in France and across international subsidiaries.
• Contribute to the organization of the Group’s CSR Week.
• Contribute to the organization of the Group’s first CSR seminar.
• Participate in and help facilitate the CSR champions network.


PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainable Development or with a specialization in CSR / sustainability / environment
• Strong interest in sustainability and corporate social responsibility
• Fluent in English required; Spanish is a plus
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Canva; Excel and Power BI are a plus)
• Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills
• Proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills

COMPENSATION:

• Master 1: €1,680.35 gross per month
• Master 2: €1,867.06 gross per month
If the apprentice is from outside the Paris region:
• €250 monthly housing allowance
• Reimbursement of one round trip per month (school – company), by train or car, upon proof
If the apprentice is from the Paris region and has housing expenses:
• €250 monthly housing allowance
