Summary of position

The Customer Service specialist is responsible for the providing of professional, quality customer service through organizational skills and sales and knowledge.
 
 
Your Responsibilities

Reception and Phone Answering, mail collection, Order processing, payment follow up, coordination with production/planning, coordination with sales department, In Line System reporting/trending, all other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the Customer Service Manager

•    Fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
•    Must be well organized and a self-starter
•    Excellent Customer Service Skills
•     Proficient in the use of computer applications and systems.
•     Teamwork in multicultural environment.
