To support this growth, we are looking for a Europe Hospital Sales Manager M/F, reporting to the Global Sales Director - Converters and Distributors.
The Europe Hospital Sales Manager will mainly operate within the following channel: Distribution for general medical consumbale products.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The Europe Hospital Sales Manager will have to:

•    Manage the current portfolio of customers (Distributors) in Europe
•    Initiate and coordonate development of action plans to penetrate new markets: new countries (area could be extended outside Europe), new segments, new products
•    Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and organize training and seminars
•    Provide continuous feedback to Management regarding performance
•    Maintain Accurate records of all pricing, sales and monthly activity reports, and customer data

 

PROFILE REQUIRED

Working experience
 
•    You have been selling medical consumable to Hospital distributors and or Industrials for several years
•    You are experienced in management of distributors & prospection of new accounts
•    You are eager to develop your customer portfolio and to promote innovative solutions for distributors and hospitals
•    You are looking forward for a long-term experience in a multinational company with international exposure

•    You have strong commercial insights; knowledge of local and international markets and changing business environments
•    You master the sales and negotiation technics 
•    You master distributors management
•    You know the packaging industry
•    You can confidently apply project management skills
•    You have prospecting skills
•    You like technical challenges and project management
•    You are task focused, autonomous, creative
•    You are fluent in English and at least one other European language
•    You are ready to travel: 50% to 70% of your time
 

This position requires 50% domestic and international travel, allowing for 100% remote work as long as your location enables easy access to these trips, ideally by being near an airport.
