TAKE ON RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting to the Compliance Manager and part of the Finance team at the Palalda site (66), you will join a Financial Compliance department that is rapidly growing after an internal reorganization, combining audit, internal control, risk mapping management, guideline development, and compliance culture reinforcement. You will be involved in a group-wide international scope, interacting with diverse and multicultural stakeholders. You will actively contribute to strengthening financial compliance practices and support high‑impact projects for the group while developing your autonomy and cross‑functional understanding of processes.

ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS


A. Process Reviews and Subsidiary Audits
(Frameworks: COSO – Internal Control / External Audit Practices, ISA)
• Participate in financial process reviews for group entities (France and abroad):
– understanding and documenting processes,
– analyzing billing and accounting flows,
– identifying and formalizing audit areas.
• Review and clean SAP databases with an external‑audit‑oriented perspective.
• Possibility of participating in an on‑site subsidiary audit mission.

B. Flash Actions and Internal Compliance Activities
(Frameworks: COSO and COSO 2 / IIA – Internal Control and Fraud Prevention)
Operational support on targeted internal control actions with the following objectives:
• strengthen the quality of financial information,
• assess and address risk areas identified in our risk mapping,
• produce actionable findings for internal and external audit.

C. Regulatory and Standards‑Related Topics
(Frameworks: SAPIN II, IFRS, UK GAAP)
• Support work related to SAPIN II and mandatory e‑invoicing.
• Provide documentation and analytical contribution on: IFRS 16 / new UK GAAP standards.

DEVELOP YOUR TALENTS


Education
Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, Audit (CCA), Internal Audit, or Financial Administration.

Knowledge
• Fundamentals of audit and internal control (objectives, risks, key controls)
• Awareness of SAPIN II requirements and financial compliance issues
• Understanding of multi‑entity environments
• Principles of financial accounting

Skills (to be developed during the internship)
• Analysis and understanding of financial processes
• Ability to document and structure existing processes
• Risk identification and assessment of control mechanisms
• Drafting clear and usable deliverables (processes, procedures, findings) in English
• Use of office tools (SAP, Via Report, Pivot Tables in Excel, ideally macros)
