To support this growth, Sterimed is looking for its future Strategic Planning Project Management Officer (M/F).

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN MISSIONS BE?

Reporting to the Group General Counsel & Head of Corporate and Strategic Planning, you will play a central role in structuring, steering, and monitoring the operational implementation of Sterimed’s medium- and long-term strategic priorities (Business, Impact, and Culture), contributing to the success of key strategic initiatives.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Strategic Planning

  • Structuring, in close collaboration with Executive Committee members, the Group’s strategic roadmap ("Strategic Compass") and ensuring its regular (annual) updates;
  • Contributing to the creation of a dashboard and key indicators to monitor the operational rollout of the Strategic Compass;
  • Ensuring that operational entities understand and take ownership of the Strategic Compass, and supporting them during the budgeting process to translate it into actionable roadmaps;
  • Monitoring the progress of the identified strategic pillars and ensuring alignment of local compasses with the Group-level strategy;
  • Coordinating the deployment of KPIs across all Group entities and ensuring proper information reporting;
  • Preparing and sharing progress reports.

Synergy Monitoring

  • Supporting the prioritization and implementation planning of cross-functional synergies (across platforms or business lines), especially during M&A operations;
  • Leading selected synergy projects directly;
  • Stepping in directly when needed to support synergy implementation;
  • Setting up processes, tools, and routines to encourage knowledge and best practice sharing;
  • Tracking and evaluating the benefits of implemented synergies.

PROFILE

  • 5 years of experience, including ideally 3 years in strategy consulting followed by corporate experience;
  • Strong coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills;
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills;
  • Solid understanding of organizational and business dynamics;
  • Ability to find practical and efficient solutions;
  • Skilled at clear communication with diverse stakeholders and able to share knowledge in a pedagogical manner;
  • Open to feedback and capable of questioning your own assumptions;
  • Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment;
  • Independent, with strong listening skills and decision-making abilities;
  • Proactive and initiative-driven;
  • Fluent in English.
