We are seeking a Maintenance & Industrial Projects Manager (M/F) for our Coulommiers site.

You will oversee and coordinate the maintenance team, contribute to the continuous improvement of equipment and industrial facilities, and optimize safety, environmental, and quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance strategies for equipment and facilities.
  • Centralize and prioritize maintenance requests from other departments.
  • Organize and manage maintenance team activities.
  • Ensure the implementation of actions to meet site regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance performance through KPIs and dashboards.
  • Administer the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Participate in daily production meetings.
  • Lead internal meetings and conduct interviews (evaluations, recruitment, team reviews).
  • Manage supplier relationships.
  • Handle the maintenance budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Provide technical advice (especially in automation) to your team and during the selection or implementation of new equipment or installations.
  • Oversee industrial projects, including drafting specifications, managing tenders, and supervising construction sites.
     

Your Profile
  • Technical expertise: automation, general mechanics, pneumatics, and industrial electricity.
  • Proficiency in industrial IT systems, particularly CMMS.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanics, electrotechnics, or automation.
  • Minimum B2 level English in a professional context.
  • At least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with team management and project management experience.
  • Action-oriented with a strong field presence and a sense of responsibility.
  • Methodical, rigorous, adaptable, and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented, with strong communication skills and alignment with the Group's values.
