SPS MEDICAL Coulommiers is seeking a Maintenance and Industrial Projects Manager (M/F):

POSITION TO BE FILLED

Reporting to the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the maintenance team, participating in the continuous improvement of equipment and industrial installations, and contributing to the optimization of safety, environment, and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Define and implement the strategy for corrective, preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance of equipment and installations.
Centralize maintenance requests from other departments and prioritize them.
Organize the activities of the maintenance team.
Ensure the implementation of appropriate actions for regulatory compliance of the site.
Control and monitor the results of maintenance work (indicators, dashboards, etc.).
Coordinate the use of CMMS as the system administrator.
Install and accept new equipment.
Participate in daily production meetings.
Facilitate internal meetings, interviews (regulations, recruitment, evaluations, etc.).
Manage the supplier panel.
Manage the maintenance budget and allocation of resources.
Act as a technical advisor (especially in automation) to your team or in the selection of new equipment or the implementation of new installations.
Be responsible for projects (specifications, tendering, site supervision).

YOUR PROFILE

Graduated with an engineering degree with a specialization in mechanics, electrotechnics, or automation, you must have a minimum B2 level of English proficiency in a professional context.

You should have at least 10 years of similar experience in maintenance in an industrial environment, with experience in team management and project management.

As a proactive individual, you possess a strong hands-on orientation and a sense of responsibility. Methodical and rigorous, you also demonstrate adaptability, responsiveness, and the ability to make proposals.

You know how to manage priorities and, in all circumstances, adopt a team spirit, good communication, and behavior in line with the Group's values.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Technical knowledge: automation, general mechanics, pneumatic, and industrial electricity.
Proficiency in industrial computing (CMMS).
Professional English.
