MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Group Marketing team and reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you contribute to the development and growth of the Sterimed Group worldwide by managing and developing the brands of the Sterimed Group, its subsidiaries, its products, and its solutions. In collaboration with the Marketing Director and Product Managers, you define and implement the Marketing Communication (Products and Markets) strategy of the Sterimed Group using all relevant media available.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing the Group Marketing Communication Plan in collaboration with Product Managers, Management, and Regional Marketing Managers.
  • Providing expertise in marketing/marketing communication to Product Managers, Regional Marketing Managers, sales teams, subsidiaries, and internal clients in creating the best communication tools, programs, and materials to ensure brand awareness and sales efficiency.
  • Recommending and managing event promotional activities for Sterimed Group solutions, subsidiaries, and products worldwide (trade shows, congresses, onsite training sessions, meetings, etc.).
  • Recommending and implementing promotional activities in the field of digital media (marketing campaigns, social networks, websites, webinars, direct marketing, etc.).
  • Providing communication and sales tools for the use of sales teams and subsidiaries (documentation, brochures, goodies, etc.).
  • Travel is expected, particularly for event and congress management.
PROFILE REQUIRED

Background in marketing, communication, and/or events management.
Proven experience in managing marketing communication on an international scale (5+ years).
Experience in B2B industrial or healthcare marketing communication (e.g., Medical Device Industries).
Competence and knowledge of Marketing Communication concepts and tools.
Proficiency in digital and conventional communication channels in a B2B and/or healthcare context.
Cross-functional leadership, collaborative attitude, team player.
Autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, responsibility.
Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
